Reiki: Relaxation & Stress Relief Session

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. A warm and soothing energy flows from the hands into the client, promoting the release of tension and relaxation. Our session will include light touch or hovering of hands over your body while you relax. We will incorporate the use of Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowls to encourage deep relaxation and stress relief.

45 Minute sessions may be virtual or in-person. Details will be discussed via email after booking.
